Tufts offers doctoral programs in Arts, Sciences, and Engineering in fifteen areas and master's programs in thirty. Our faculty, a community of scholars and researchers, are eager to involve graduate students in their research and teaching agendas. Students may also pursue practice-based master's degrees or graduate certificates in a number of areas. The globally renowned Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy with a USDA Human Nutrition Research Center is focused on the impact of nutrition on healthy aging.
An internationally affiliated School of Dental Medicine trains dentists as expert clinicians with strong biomedical backgrounds.
The School of Medicine and Sackler School of Graduate Biomedical Sciences have clinical affiliations with thousands of doctors and researchers in the U.S. and around the world, as well as with their affiliated hospitals in Massachusetts (including New England Medical Center, the Lahey Clinic and Bay State Hospital).
The Jonathan M. Tisch College of Citizenship and Public Service is a university-wide initiative that seeks to develop creative, effective approaches to active citizenship at the university and in communities around the world.
