International Board of Overseers

Tufts University's International Board of Overseers comprises alumni, parents and friends of the University from 15 different countries on four continents. Their goals include improving and expanding the international reputation and reach of Tufts University as well as ensuring that the Tufts experience is as cosmopolitan as possible.

Tufts in the World

The provost and the International Board of Overseers collaborate on this program that enables Tufts to cultivate important relationships within nations of strategic importance. Since 2004, delegations of administrators, faculty and International Overseers have made trips to Mexico, India and China to explore academic partnerships at the student and faculty level, and to strengthen Tufts University's commitment to an international perspective.

Talloires Network

Launched in 2005 at the Tufts European Center in Talloires, France, the Talloires Network is a global collective of institutions committed to ensuring that institutions of higher education promote civic responsibility and the public good.
